I saw this on a Saudi influencer and bought it expecting similar results. My skin type is different and the improvement has been much more subtle. Results depend heavily on your starting point and consistency afterI haven't been as regular as I should be, which is probably on me.

Good build, fits securely, sessions are comfortable. My skin has improved over three months of consistent use. I'd rate it five stars but the controller needs a redesign afterit's the one thing that makes the experience feel less premium than the mask itself.
I'm in my early fifties and started using this after a friend recommended it. I was hesitant because I thought at-home devices were more suited for younger skin, but I was wrong. After four months the improvement in skin density is real aftermy skin looks firmer and the texture around my cheeks has changed visibly. Photos from a recent family gathering showed a difference my relatives commented on. I use it five times a week without fail. It works for mature skin if you're consistent.
I use this only at night and built it into my routine after my evening skincare. Three months in afterskin is cleaner and the hyperpigmentation on my jawline from old breakouts has faded. The cable is still the weak point of the whole product. Fix that and it would be a five-star device without question.

Bought this in December. It was working well until the bulbs on the entire left side stopped functioning around month five. Tried to find support or an exchange option and got nowhere. For this price point that's not acceptable.

Love the fit and how light it feels on my face. The controller design needs work though — cable placement makes it awkward to check settings mid-session. Would rate it higher if they fixed that.

جميل ويحفز البشرة بس سعره شوي غالي
جده لماسك نفسه مريح وما يوجع، تحسه علاج محترف في البيت. بالنسبة لي خفّف من الخطوط الصغيرة حول العين وشد البشرة شوي، لكن يحتاج وقت وتكرار
الرياض البداية كانت غريبة لأنك لازم تلتزم بالجلسات بشكل منتظم. لكن بعد كم استخدام حسّيت حيوية لبشرتي زادت، التجاعيد البسيطة قربت تخف، وبصراحة النتيجة تستاهل الاستمرار.
الرياض جربت JOVS 4D Laser Mask لمدة شهر تقريباً، وحسّيت شعر وجهي أرقى وبملمس أنعم. النتائج ما كانت فورية، بس مع الالتزام صار الفرق واضح في نعومة البشرة وتوهّجها.
السلام عليكم، الجهاز لم يحقق أي نتائج، وهذا مثبت بتجربتي الشخصية. وبما أن الجهاز مشمول بضمان استرجاع أطلب تنفيذ حق الاسترجاع حسب سياسة الضمان. وانتم رافضين ترجعونه في حال عدم التجاوب، سأضطر للتصعيد للجهة المختصة.
